The Story
Online reviews are the new word-of-mouth. Having a great store rating is more important than ever before. Preventing consumers from talking about a business or product online is impossible.
Researched and determined user workflow. Completed comprehensive wireframes and prototypes. Produced B2B email to increase product awareness with our clients. Provided AdWords banners, landing pages and cross-platform marketing for initial product launch.
Why are we here?
Negative reviews can have a catastrophic impact on a business. Negative reviews could be intended for another product or company with a similar name. Poor customer experiences may be difficult to address when a company does not know they exist.
What do we know?
A qualitative survey of 1,400 were asked how they use business reviews to decide where they’ll shop for furniture, mattresses and appliances. Here are a few highlights.
98% of respondents plan to research reviews about a company or product from at least one online source before deciding where to purchase.
22% of consumers who receive a retailer response to their online complaint will end up posting a positive review.
49% of consumers need at least a 4-Star rating before they would select a business
34% end up deleting their negative review after receiving a favorable response.
Creating the Solution
Develop an online reputation management solution. The deliverable offers an array of tools to help B2B clients identify and direct their online reputation for future growth.It was paramound to offer the ability increase and broadcast positive reviews while decreasing new negative ones and mitigate their impact on other shoppers and prospective consumers. The was accomplished by creating five pillars of functionality.

Automatically alert the user when they receive a new review

Allow the user to respond to reviews quickly and provide advice on how to effectively respond

Review Solicitation Workflow
The primary goal of the WebFronts Review is to increase positive consumer reviews online for a business. Market research showed dissatisfied customers are 400% more likely to write a review about their experience than satisfied ones. The optimal workflow will increase positive reviews while helping to prevent negative reviews from reaching the public.
